CANCELLATION POLICY
J Infinity Wax’s Policy [Please Read Below] 1st time Brazilian / Bikini wax clients must make a $30 deposit at booking “Late Cancellation” We charge a 50% fee if you do not cancel within the 48 hours before your scheduled appointment. “No-Shows” a 100% fee will be charged of the full amount of your service(s) you booked. We have a 7 minute late policy, after the 7 minutes, it is an automatic reschedule. Please contact your service provider to inform them that you are running late and to see if they can still fit you in.
